Please note, this is the SATURDAY ride starting from Mike’s Bikes in Los Gatos.  Wheels roll at 8:30.

Heading up 9 and then down to Big Basin, Bathroom/Water in the park at mile 25.  After a chance to admire the big trees we head to Boulder Creek (Water/Bathroom at mile 35).  After a short break we head to the feature climb of the day, East Zayante Rd., left on Summit, left on Bear Creek, right on Skyline and at mile 61 we stop at Castle Rock (water/bathrooms).  After Castle Rock it is mostly downhill to Mikes Bikes.

From Boulder Creek (mile 35) to Castle Rock (mile 61) is 26 mostly uphill miles.  At mile 45 is Zayante Market, and if the weather is hot I will stop for water

Route is roughly 75 miles with 7,800 ft of climbing.
