January Leadership Team Meeting

The Leadership Team (Board, Race Directors, and Committee Chairs) held the January meeting today.  Some highlights:

• Discussed ebikes on rides.  Bike needs to be appropriate for the ride
  • For example, Throttle ebikes are not appropriate
  • Club dirt rides may be on trails closed to ebikes, no ebikes on those rides
• Woman’s Elite Race Team update
  • First race is Feb 17-19, Valley of the Sun (Link)
    • Could use additional racers, please contact me if you know someone interested
  • Redlands is April 12-16 (Link)
    • Do not have enough racers to support going, please contact me if you know someone interested
• Clothing Committee and Member Engagement Committee are both in need of someone to lead them
• Mike’s Bikes has 30% discount on all tune ups through Feb 28
• No meeting in February, next meeting in March
